edit : im guessing u missed the SKIDROW folder that comes with Update 2. checked with other threads. file size is larger with the SKIDROW cracks

Full iso, I read the instructions but "Copy all files from the SKIDROW folder to the game installation" isn't all too specific...

Great, now we nned to uninstall the game but remove all left over files
and for this u need Revo uninstallaer prog.
Here is latest Portable Version (3MB)

in our case its Portal 2 then next and be sure to choose this option
