Game Info
The second installment in the RPG saga about the Witcher, Geralt
of Rivia, features a thoroughly engrossing, mature storyline defining
new standards for thought-provoking, non-linear game narration.
In addition to an epic story, the game features an original, brutal
combat system that uniquely combines tactical elements with
dynamic action.
A new, modern game engine, responsible both for beautiful
visuals and sophisticated game mechanics puts players in this
lively and believable world. A captivating story, dynamic
combat system, beautiful graphics, and everything else that
made the original Witcher such a great game are now executed
in a much more advanced and sophisticated way.

Game Features
While the original Witcher was built on a heavily modified
version of Bioware's Aurora engine, The Witcher 2 is an entirely
fresh beast. Not a single element from the first game was used
in CD Projekt's brand new engine. With side-by-side comparisons
at our disposal, the jump in quality was arresting. Never one
to shy away from hyperbole, CD Projekt's reps believe this is
the finest looking RPG ever created � and from what we've
seen so far, we're inclined to agree. That is high praise � and
this game's engine is certainly a capable beast

The character models � faces in particular � have all seen a
significant bump up in textural and muscular quality, developed
through refining industry-leading practices. The 256 in-game
cinematics now highlight the excellent environments (fleshed
out in a gloriously saturated palate) and a lighting and physics
system that sits on par with the best this industry offers.
Before this becomes one long glowing love-letter to the engine
though, we do think that the lip-synching still has a ways to
go at this stage. Still, with the game's release still pigeonholed
for next year, we're confident there's time to tweak this.

Flexible, Varied Gameplay
Thanks to a strong first game that valued the player's approach
to a given scenario �and offered choice and depth in most
situations, The Witcher 2 had a solid foundation to build on. As
in the first game, the combat is a fluid mix of hand-to-hand,
spellcraft and sword play. However, the system has been retooled
and optimized for gamepads, rather than mouse-clicks. We're
assured the new system is more fluid, intuitive and fun. The other
significant improvement rests with Geralt's use of the environment.
Every corner can be peered around; waist-high objects become
invaluable cover for stealthing around.

Critically, the world itself is far less linear, too; every building you
see can be reached and every surface is yours for scaling if you
have the proper attributes to get you there.

I can confirm that ENG/PL version of the game is working with the crack...just put paul.dll in bin file and your good to go
just be careful, disable your AV before you download the crack and copy/paste it and then enable it again...no need for the patch..

you don't have to disconect your internet...

for eng/pol version

1 rename installation folder to witcher 2 (english)
2 install game, i used alcohol to mount.
3 when box for serial come up close using X top right corner.
4 Important run launcher with administrative, input serial you want mixture of numbers and letters 12 in all inputted.
5 let it update should take 2 mins approx. when the activation box come up EXIT. if this doesn't appear then u have not give admin rights.
6 copy paul.dll into bin folder.
7 run the witcher.exe.

I just tried it with Toothless's posted version here and it worked flawlessly

1- after install, right click properties of the file.
2- go to Hash Tab
3- program generates a unique number (MD5) to identify a specific file.

are you getting this:
