If anyone has any problems with multiplayer, and wrote that the ( serial number is already in use) do so :

1.Sign in game
2. In the registration screen, click the "change" when entering the serial key.
3. Type the serial number of features, Lowercase
4. Check the "remember the details."
5. Enter. just remember the box and helps

And this way still be useful:

1. Load Crysis 2, go to multiplayer and type in your key
2. Navigate back to Single Player
3. Go back into multiplayer and re-enter your key
After completing these three steps your multiplayer key will be saved and you will not be required to re-enter it.
